As a product designer and content lead, I played a pivotal role in enhancing the overall user experience of our website. My contributions spanned across several key areas, including comprehensive UX research to understand user needs and preferences, and creating low-fidelity designs to map out intuitive navigation and functionality. I meticulously curated business strategy and content to ensure that our website not only met but exceeded user expectations, providing valuable and engaging information at every touchpoint.

Moreover, I was actively involved in developing and executing social media marketing strategies and ad campaigns to boost our online presence by crafting compelling content and leveraging targeted advertising. My efforts were integral to building a cohesive brand image and fostering a strong connection with our audience. Through a combination of innovative design, strategic planning, and effective marketing, I contributed to creating a seamless and impactful digital experience for our users."


How it works

We provide a variety of services to our customers, relieving them of the burden to handle everything single-handedly. At Bizrow (Business+Grow) , clients explain their needs to us and we take care of the rest. We use different approaches like social media marketing, ad campaigns, website branding, SOP tracking, kanban and scrum methodologies and more to help our customers grow their business. Therefore, this website is our face. It represents us and allows our customers to connect with us.

After reaching out to several small business owners on social media, we discovered that their biggest challenges are self-promotion, understanding advertisements, personal branding, and creating engaging content.

Therefore, our Business Strategy was:

1st week - Organic Reach 

I took the initiative to create business accounts on Instagram and LinkedIn well before the website launch, strategically aiming to build anticipation and gather attention. This early engagement helped in cultivating a loyal following and generated interest in our upcoming website. Additionally, I set up and managed the Facebook Meta and LinkedIn Campaign Manager accounts. This involved crafting targeted ad campaigns designed to reach our specific audience demographics, ensuring maximum visibility and engagement. This was to track analytics and optimize our campaigns in real-time for increased brand awareness and follower growth. 






2nd week- Get the website ready

This week, we engaged in several strategic meetings to meticulously select the content for our website design and to craft the overall picture of our user interface. These collaborative sessions involved team members, ensuring a diverse range of perspectives and ideas were considered. We meticulously analyzed user data and feedback, aligning our decisions with our brand’s core values and the needs of our target audience. 

After thorough discussions and evaluations, we finally settled on a set of features and design elements that truly resonate with our brand identity. These features are designed to enhance user experience, making navigation intuitive and engaging. By focusing on user-centric design principles, we aimed to create an interface that is not only visually appealing but also highly functional and accessible.


Our selected content includes compelling visuals, informative text, and interactive elements that together tell our brand story in a powerful and cohesive manner. This concerted effort ensures that every aspect of our website reflects our commitment to quality, innovation, and user satisfaction. The result is a well-thought-out digital presence that effectively communicates our brand message and meets the expectations of our users.




The following weeks were dedicated to awaiting the development of our website, entrusted to one of our talented team members. This period was not merely a waiting game; it was a crucial phase where we meticulously planned our next steps to ensure a successful launch and impactful user engagement. We coordinated closely with the developer, providing feedback and insights to fine-tune the website's features and design, ensuring it perfectly aligned with our vision and objectives.

Simultaneously, we began preparations for our consultation day, an event designed to showcase our new website and services to clients and stakeholders. This involved crafting detailed presentations, organizing interactive sessions, and preparing comprehensive briefing materials to ensure that the consultation day would be informative and impactful. Our goal was to not only introduce our new digital presence but also to demonstrate our commitment to excellence and our ability to deliver exceptional value to our clients.

Final results

Our homepage features a high-fidelity design with interactive elements and buttons, providing an easy and intuitive navigation experience for our users. The interface is designed to be subtle, keeping the background minimal while highlighting important elements with our brand colors. This approach ensures that the interface aligns with our vision and reinforces our brand identity.




  • Featuring a concise yet informative introductory video, our website immediately provides visitors with a clear insight into our vision and services. I personally crafted this engaging introduction video, ensuring it effectively communicates our brand story and core values. Additionally, I curated a diverse array of content for the website, including compelling illustrations, high-quality photos, and impactful taglines for each page. Every element was thoughtfully selected and designed to captivate our audience, reinforce our brand identity, and enhance the overall user experience.

  • Directing users users to a forum where they can actively share and exchange valuable information about their businesses.

  • Allowing users to schedule a consultation meeting with us. Our website has been meticulously designed to enhance user experience. By streamlining the process, we ensure that scheduling a consultation is just a few clicks away, providing a hassle-free and convenient experience for all our visitors.

  • As a team of consultants and designers, we have created a dedicated section on our website that provides essential information on the importance of branding, personal websites, and mobile apps. This resource explains why owning these assets is crucial for growing your small business.

As part of our preparation for the consultation day/meeting scheduled with a particular client, we developed a comprehensive plan to brief them on our services. As the content lead, it is my responsibility to explain this consultation day plan to anyone who reaches out. Our plan includes a detailed agenda tailored to address the specific needs and interests of the client. We start with an introductory session to provide an overview of our company, followed by in-depth presentations on each of our key services. Additionally, we allocate time for interactive Q&A sessions, ensuring that all client queries are thoroughly addressed. he goal is to ensure that the client leaves the meeting with a clear understanding of how we can support their objectives and deliver tangible results. We aim to foster a collaborative environment where clients feel valued and informed, laying the foundation for a successful partnership.
